Shipping and Handling

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Direct transactions are safely and securely processed through Paypal. If interested in a piece currently at a gallery, please inquire with the gallerist, they will ensure a smooth experience for you.

Q: What are your shipping methods? A: Art collected directly is shipped through USPS for domestic shipping. If you require faster delivery, FedEx is available but may require an additional cost. If you prefer Fed-Ex, please specify via email and an adjusted shipping quote will be sent to you. Your piece will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If it looks like it may take longer, i.e. for custom requests and commissioned pieces, I'll communicate with you about the delay. A tracking # will be emailed to you after the piece has shipped. Packages usually arrive within one week after shipment. If you prefer the piece to arrive via Fed-Ex, please specify via email for an adjusted quote.

Q: What are your international shipping methods?
A: I do my best to accommodate all preferences and ship to most locations worldwide.

rates and restrictions.
For international orders I mainly use USPS. If you require faster delivery, FedEx is 
available, but may require an additional cost. Please be aware that shipping for 
international orders generally takes longer and is more expensive. Import duties and 
customs fees are the responsibility of the collector.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
A: Yes, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email you've provided. 
Track your package through Paypal, USPS, or Fed-Ex.

Q: I want to collect a piece, but it's financially hard to right now. Any suggestions?
A: Don't fret, email me to discuss private payment 
options that can cover a longer span of time.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Changes can be made within the first 24 hours, if you need to make changes please 
email me immediately. Once the item 
has shipped, unfortunately it cannot be changed or modified. I strive to make sure you're 
a fully satisfied, long-term collector of my work. Any piece can be returned or exchanged 
within 3 weeks of delivery for credit towards another purchase.

Q: How often do you create new works of original art?
A: I work in my home studio daily and upload new works twice every month, check back often 
to be the first to view new original works!
